Nanyang Handing High-tech Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2003 and formally established in 2005. The company is located at No. 196, Aerospace North Road, Zhenping Industrial Park, Nanyang City, Henan Province, covering an area of about 97,333 square meters and investing 120 million yuan. After 18 years of development, has grown into a collection of hydrometallurgy, production of high purity vanadium series of high-tech enterprises.

Based on the technology of School of Materials and State Key Laboratory of New Ceramics and Fine Technology of Tsinghua University, the company adopts large-scale rotary kiln equipment and calcium roasting vanadium extraction process according to the characteristics of Nanyang Vanadium Mine. The main production processes and environmental protection facilities adopt DCS automatic control system. The production process is continuous and stable, and has passed ISO9001 quality certification, ISO14001 environmental certification and ISO45001 occupational health and safety certification.

At present, the company annually produces more than 2000 tons of high-purity vanadium series products, including high-purity ammonium metavanadate, high-purity vanadium pentoxide, vanadyl oxalate, vanadyl sulfate, etc., which are mainly used in vanadium batteries, electronics, pigments, denitration catalyst materials, superconducting materials, aerospace, titanium alloys, nuclear industry and other fields.

The company is a major industrial construction project in Henan Province and a "Nanyang Engine Plan" project, and has been awarded  "Star Enterprise" by the local government for many consecutive years. The company actively carries out research and development and industrialization of core technologies for high-purity vanadium and other products, enhancing its core competitiveness.

The company has over 30 patents and is a research center for vanadium battery electrolyte engineering technology in Henan Province and an engineering technology research center for industrial catalyst recycling and utilization in Nanyang City.

In June 2022, the company was recognized as a provincial-level specialized, refined, and innovative enterprise.

In August 2022, the company was recognized as a "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in precision and innovation by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China.
