3、 The renaming of the company does not affect our original rights and obligations. The assets, creditor's rights and debts of the original Nanyang Handing Vanadium Industry Co., Ltd., as well as various contracts, cooperation agreements and other legal documents signed with foreign parties, are all inherited by Nanyang Handing High tech Materials Co., Ltd. in accordance with the law;

4、 After the name change, the original bank, bank account number, tax number, address, contact phone number, fax number, etc. will remain unchanged;
